This morning Advocate General Antonio Tizzano gave his Opinion in Case C-192/04 Lagardère Active Broadcast v Société pour la perception de la rémunération équitable (SPRE), Gesellschaft zur Verwertung von Leistungsschutzrechten mbH.

Clue: it looks like something to do with copyright, Directive 92/100 and "emissioni radiofoniche in più Stati membri".
