A DECISON RIPE FOR APPEAL?



Hot news from the ECJ. The CFI is to hear an appeal against the OHIM Board of Appeal's decision to refuse to registered the smell of ripe strawberry on 21 April.

The IPKat hasn't been able to get his paws on an English translation of the Board's decision. If anyone can help him he'd be very grateful.
