IT'S NOT TOO LATE FOR BLACA

Tomorrow (Thursday), BLACA holds its bi-monthly meeting at the offices of Berwin Leighton Paisner (with glamorous view of the river Thames).

This time tomorrow, you could be staring out of the window at this image...

The topic is ‘Digital Licensing: UK, Europe, the World’ and the panel consists of Andrew Sparrow (Solicitor, Lecote), Richard Combe (Counsel, Author's Licensing Collecting Society), Dr. Alicia Wise (President, Publishers Licensing Society), Jo Oliver (Vice President Litigation & Regulatory Affairs, International Federation of Phonogram Industry). In the chair is Dr Uma ‘copyright maven’ Suthersanen.

A little bird tells the IPKat that non-BLACA members can go along for free if they’re interested in joining.

Er, I don't think so. You posted at 7.40pm. 24 hours later it will be pitch dark ...

You forgot to take into account the IPKat's super-duper night-vision goggles.
