As if living and working in New York and being an expert in music
licensing law wasn't cool enough, lawyer Bob Kohn has now transcended to
the status of super cool, in this Kat's opinion, by filing a
friend-of-the-court five page brief in comic book format, opposing a
settlement in e-book price-fixing case U.S. v. Apple Inc., 12-cv-02826.

It may help the Judge but there are still a lot of big and confusing words.
It's not very realistic. After he responded to her initial question her answer would have been: "OK darling sounds cool best of luck I'm just going to watch an old episode of Friends and then I'm off to bed. Don't wake me!"
